About
Our Mission is:
To inspire the next generation of backcountry enthusiasts by providing opportunities for youth to learn, grow, and connect with nature through winter sports. We strive to promote and celebrate the backcountry experience in Southern Oregon by organizing events, educating the community, and fostering a culture of safety, respect, and environmental stewardship.
This event was co-founded by Ryan Ghelfi (@ryanghelfi) and Yu Kuwabara (@snowymonk). Since Ryan's move to Idaho, Travis Simpson will be co-directing (@herbaleyes) along with Pete Wallstrom (@petewallstrom).
